In 2006, when I was 10, I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, which meant going on a lifelong gluten-free diet. After 15 years of being Gluten Free, it’s long overdue that there is a gluten free Handy Hat!

This hat is extra special because a Handy Hat has a patented pocket on the inside where you can put your everyday essentials: credit cards, IDs, keys, and lip balm. I even put little gluten free snacks in mine, so when I am out and about and there are no gluten free options, I have a backup plan!
